The house

This house was once a jeweller’s on Calle de la Reina, the main street of El Cabanyal. We kept the façade and the quiet grandeur of the old fishermen’s quarter, and changed only what we had to so it could be lived in today.

It isn’t a chain hotel, and it isn’t one more flat on a booking platform. It’s five rooms, a cool courtyard and a kitchen where you’ll run into whoever else is staying that week.

“Fran pointed us to restaurants, beaches and places we’d never have found on our own. Being looked after like that makes all the difference.”
