The building
Conserva 25 is a new building on Calle Conserva, just off Avenida del Puerto, between the beach and the centre of Valencia. Plenty of light, contemporary finishes and a communal terrace with sun and shade.
It isn’t a single apartment listed on a booking platform: it’s six apartments in one building, looked after by the family who runs them. Downstairs, a 60 m² garden and an outdoor shower for the walk back from the beach. Upstairs, roomy apartments with a balcony onto the garden.
