From import to hospitality.

We come from the world of import and export. We grew up watching our father build and rebuild an international business, and we learned early on that this isn't just about strategy: it's about reading the moment and adapting without losing your cool.

We made the leap into hospitality in 2021. It was a new sector, far removed from the family business, yet we decided to dive in. We did so with the three things our father taught us: the courage to start from scratch, the prudence to grow slowly without ever overlooking the details, and a soft spot for projects with soul.

That’s where our two places came from, and a way of hosting built for switching off, eating without rushing and taking each stay slowly.

The one who negotiates and keeps a cool head when things move fast. Approachable, attentive to people and the smallest details. The one who ensures meetings don't turn into a national debate.

Character and energy. When a goal is set, she pursues it until it’s achieved, finding ways to improve it along the way. She’s the driving force who reminds everyone that settling was never an option.

He’s the one who shapes the brand’s visual side and its design. He loves spaces with a character of their own. Between the three of us we’ve built a way of welcoming people that’s ours: warm, careful and Mediterranean.

He’ll keep an eye on every detail, answer any question you have and point you to the best places, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
